1 pkg. Angel Hair Pasta
6oz. mushrooms sliced
3 roma tomatoes chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. capers

Tips:

  • Choose the right pasta. Short pastas, like penne or shells, are best for this dish because they can hold the sauce well.
  • Cook the pasta al dente. This means cooking it until it is just tender, but still has a slight bite to it.
  • Use a flavorful sauce. The sauce is the key to this dish, so be sure to use one that you enjoy. A simple tomato sauce or a creamy Alfredo sauce are both great options.
  • Add some vegetables. Vegetables like broccoli, spinach, or bell peppers can add color, flavor, and nutrients to the dish.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Chicken cooks quickly, so be sure to cook it just until it is cooked through. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough.
  • Serve immediately. Pasta chicken is best served hot, so be sure to serve it as soon as it is cooked.

Conclusion:

Pasta chicken is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a dish that the whole family will enjoy. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give pasta chicken a try.
