Tips:
- Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree will give your muffins a more intense flavor and a more moist texture. If you don't have fresh pumpkin puree, you can use canned pumpkin puree, but be sure to drain it well before using.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Fill the muffin cups evenly: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full. This will help prevent the muffins from overflowing.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
- Let the muffins cool completely before serving: This will help the muffins set and prevent them from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Pumpkin spice muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for fall. By following these tips, you can make sure that your pumpkin spice muffins turn out perfect every time. So next time you're in the mood for a sweet and spicy treat, give these pumpkin spice muffins a try!
