1 package white cake mix (regular size)
1-1/4 cups root beer
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
FROSTING:
1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
1/2 cup chilled root beer

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 1 box yellow cake mix
1 can(s) root beer (12 oz)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 c vegetable oil
3 large eggs
GLAZE:
1/2 c confectioners' sugar
3 Tbsp root beer
2-3 drops of vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Combine all ingrdients for cake, beating until smooth. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or unitl an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minutes. Invert pan to remove and cool completely.
  • 3. Combine ingredients for glaze. Pierce top of cake with a skewer about every 2 inches and drizzle over the cake.
