16 ounces spaghetti (cooked)
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese (shredded )
1 pound ground beef (or italian sausage)
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 green pepper (diced)
32 ounces pasta sauce
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat, onion, garlic, seasoning and green pepper over medium heat making sure to break up the meat very well. (Drain any fat if needed).
  • Add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and tomatoes to meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes uncovered. Stir in spaghetti and parsley.
  • Spread into a 9x13 pan, top with cheeses and bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and cheese is browned and bubbly. Cut into squares to serve.

1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups 4% cottage cheese
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh basil, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoned salt; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat., Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Place baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet., Cover and bake for 40 minutes. 1 lb angel hair pasta noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • Prepare noodles according to directions on package.
  • Drain well.
  • In a large skillet, add beef, onion, peppers and garlic. Brown until pink is gone out of the beef. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the meat mixture with the soups, water, seasonings, and spaghetti noodles.

2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
2 (26.5 ounce) cans meatless spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) container fat-free sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a deep 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Stir in the spaghetti. Boil the pasta until cooked through but still firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over high heat; drain fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, sour cream, and 1 cup of the mozzarella. Mix in the cooked pasta. A co-worker gave me the basic recipe and I made a few changes to make it super easy. It has been a pot luck favorite. I prefer Angel Hair pasta but regular spaghetti noodles can be used. Also, using Italian Sausage instead of hamburger or Mexican blend cheese instead of cheddar may make this recipe more to your tastes. As my grand kids say, "This is yummy grandma". 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) sour cream
