I have made this before but never with butter. I made it for dinner tonight with Garlic Butter Noddles cause the pantry was running low at the end of the month. I was talking to me bestie & we came up with this recipe. Was just as yummy. 1/30/12

Steps:
- 1. Frist open & drian the cans of tuna. break up into flaked pieces & place in a meduim bowl. Add in the salt & pepper. Mix to season.
- 2. Next beat the eggs, add to the bowl & mix well. Then heat a large or medium frying pan over medium heat with the oil.
- 3. Then spoon a small ladle spoon full into the frying pan. Fry on both sides until a light golden brown for about 3 mins each side.
