1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lemon, zest of
1 lemon, juice of
1 1/2 cups flour

2 -3 cups cranberries (use the lesser amount if you don't like them as tart as I do)

Steps:

  • Beat together eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup whipping cream or 1/2 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Grease and flour bottom only of 9x13 pan.
