1 medium onion (halved and thinly sliced)

1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 F. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

4 boneless pork chops ("minute" or thin cut)
1 (12 ounce) can Coke (NOT diet Coke)
1 cup kraft hickory flavored barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika. Place in large skillet. Start heating skillet to medium heat.
  • Combine can of Coke and BBQ sauce and mix well.

2 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon dark molasses
6 pork chops (1 to 1-1/2 inches thick)
SAUCE:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili sauce

1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
