This is a traditional breakfast served in many Arabic countries. It can also be eaten for lunch or dinner in case you don't have any meat on hand, as the beans are full of protein and fiber! Very delicious! Serve and eat the traditional way, by grabbing it with pita bread.

Tips:
- Choose the right beans: Dried beans are the most flavorful and economical option, but canned beans can be used in a pinch. If using dried beans, be sure to soak them overnight before cooking.
- Cook the beans properly: Beans should be cooked until tender but not mushy. Overcooked beans will lose their shape and flavor.
- Use fresh, flavorful ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the salad will be. Use ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and flavorful onions.
- Don't skimp on the dressing: The dressing is what brings all the flavors of the salad together. Use a good-quality olive oil and vinegar, and add some fresh herbs and spices for extra flavor.
- Let the salad marinate: Marinating the salad for at least 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld and develop. This will make the salad even more delicious.
Conclusion:
Fasolakia piaz is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for summer gatherings. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its vibrant colors and flavors, fasolakia piaz is sure to be a hit at your next party or potluck.
