Rich and decandant dessert that looks elegant when cut. I like it on a plate with a little green creme de menthe or a strawberry sauce drizzled over the top. Nice for your sweetie on Valentines Day!!

Mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar, and whipping cream together; blend until of spreading consistency. Pour this mixture evenly over marshmallows. Let sit at least 2 hours before cutting into squares. Fun Fact: During any police lineup, the suspects wear numbers two through nine, because it is considered too suggestive (of guilt) to make anyone display the number one!

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling around in the kitchen.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. If possible, buy organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: Feel free to adjust the recipes to suit your own taste. For example, if you like spicy food, add some chili peppers. Or, if you're not a fan of mushrooms, leave them out.
  • Pay attention to the cooking times: Overcooking can ruin a dish. Be sure to follow the recipe's instructions carefully, and use a timer to help you keep track of the cooking time.
