Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (16 ounce) package spinach fettuccine pasta
1 ½ cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
¼ cup chopped black olives
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the final flavor of the dish.
  • Don't overcook the pasta. Fettuccine should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite.
  • Sauté the vegetables until they are tender-crisp. This will help them retain their flavor and texture.
  • Use a good quality white wine. A dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, will work well in this dish.
  • Don't skimp on the Parmesan cheese. Parmesan cheese adds a rich, nutty flavor to the dish.
  • Serve the dish immediately. Fettuccine Alfredo is best enjoyed when it is freshly made.

Conclusion:

Fettuccine Greta Garbo is a delicious and elegant pasta dish that is perfect for a special occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you are a fan of Alfredo sauce or simply enjoy a good pasta dish, Fettuccine Greta Garbo is sure to please.
