FIBER ONE CRUNCHY FUDGE COOKIES

These taste like little crunchy brownie bites!! I made this exactly as the recipe stated, but I realized I had a box of brownie mix that was a couple ounces bigger than the recipe called for. I added another 1/3 cup water to compensate as the mix was pretty dry. I also baked them the full 12 minutes, which was fine for my oven. Hope you like these somewhat healthy little chocolate cookies! From a box of Fiber One Cereal; Calories 70, Calories from fat 10, 1 gram fat

Tips:

- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips. - To make the cookies even more indulgent, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top. - If you don't have a microwave, you can melt the butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. - If you want a chewier cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. - Be careful not to overmix the dough, as this will make the cookies tough. - Bake the cookies until the edges are just beginning to brown and the centers are still slightly soft. - Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.

Conclusion:

These Fiber One Crunchy Fudge Cookies are the perfect combination of chewy, gooey, and chocolatey. They're also a great source of fiber, so you can feel good about indulging in a few. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a batch of these delicious cookies ready to enjoy. So what are you waiting for? Start baking today!
