Or you may use any leftover chicken strips you have from another meal. In fact, you can plan to have them leftover. I'm all for doing things easily.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your salad.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken should be cooked through, but not dry. Overcooked chicken will be tough and chewy.
  • Use a variety of toppings: This will add flavor and texture to your salad. Some good options include diced avocado, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and sour cream.
  • Dress the salad just before serving: This will prevent the dressing from making the salad soggy.

So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give Fiesta Tortilla Salad a try. You won't be disappointed!
