Yield 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups apple cider
1 cup cinnamon liquor, such as Fireball
Three 1/4-ounce packages unflavored gelatin powder
Cinnamon candies, such as Red Hots, for decorating
Orange sprinkles, for decorating
Yellow sprinkles, for decorating
Whipped cream, for serving

Steps:

  • Stir together the apple cider and cinnamon liquor in a medium saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and let it sit until the gelatin softens and blooms, about 5 minutes. Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Decorate the rim of the pie with a ring of cinnamon candies. Just inside the candies add a ring of orange sprinkles; inside that, add a ring of yellow sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh fruits and juices will give your cupcakes the best flavor. If you're using frozen fruit, thaw it completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the cupcakes tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the cupcake liners only 2/3 full: This will prevent the cupcakes from overflowing in the oven.
  • Bake the cupcakes at the correct temperature: The cupcakes should be baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting: This will help the frosting to set properly.
  • Use a piping bag to frost the cupcakes: This will give you a smooth, professional-looking finish.
  • Decorate the cupcakes with your favorite toppings: You can use sprinkles, chopped nuts, or even fresh fruit.

Conclusion:

Fireball Jello Shot Cupcakes are a fun and festive treat that are perfect for any party. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these cupcakes a try!
