Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh pumpkin puree. You can make your own by roasting and pureeing a sugar pumpkin, or you can buy it canned.
  • Be sure to chill the pie dough before rolling it out. This will help to prevent it from shrinking in the oven.
  • Don't overmix the pie filling. Overmixing can make the filling tough.
  • Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. A toothpick inserted into the center of the pie should come out clean.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will help to prevent the filling from running out.

Conclusion:

Fireball Pumpkin Pie is a delicious and festive dessert that is perfect for Thanksgiving or any other fall gathering. It's easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this recipe a try!
