1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp liquid smoke flavoring
1 tsp thyme, dried

2 large bay leaf

3 medium potatoes, rough cut with skins
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp salt
