Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of meat: Cubed steaks are typically made from round steak, which is a lean cut of meat. However, you can also use other cuts of meat, such as top sirloin or flank steak.
  • Tenderize the meat: Pounding the meat with a meat mallet will help to tenderize it and make it more flavorful. You can also marinate the meat in a mixture of oil, vinegar, and spices for several hours before cooking.
  • Use a heavy skillet: A heavy skillet will help to evenly distribute the heat and prevent the meat from sticking.
  • Cook the meat over medium heat: Cooking the meat over medium heat will help to prevent it from overcooking and becoming tough.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you overcrowd the skillet, the meat will not cook evenly.
  • Serve the meat immediately: Fried mustard cubed steaks are best served immediately after they are cooked.

Conclusion:

Fried mustard cubed steaks are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. By following these tips, you can make sure that your cubed steaks are tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
