4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
2-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place peaches in a blender. Cover and process until blended; set aside. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk; let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in sugar and salt until sugar dissolves. Add the yogurt, vanilla and reserved peaches., Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. When ice cream is frozen, transfer to a freezer container; freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.

2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups vanilla yogurt

Steps:

  • Place the peaches in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Set aside. , In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Stir in sugar. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved., In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, peach puree and gelatin mixture until blended. Pour into an ungreased 9-in. square dish. My Husband loves this recipe for frozen yogurt as he is a diabetic. I use low-fat yogurt, you can use regular yogurt for a creamer consistency. Cooking time is freezing time. Recipe is made for electric ice cream freezer.

1 (14 ounce) can peaches in juice (I used my home canned peaches)
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup Splenda granular

Steps:

  • Drain peaches reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
  • Puree peaches in blender (I use hand held blender for faster clean up).
  • Add yogurt, (I do this all in a four cup measuring cup) reserved juice, and Splenda; blend with hand blender until combined.
  • Pour into freezer bowl, turn machine ON and let mix until frozen, about 25-30 minutes.
  • If desired, pour frozen yogurt into plastic container and place in freezer until firm, about 2 hours.

1/4 cup sugar (for a sweeter taste use more sugar)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (regular or low-fat or peach flavored)
2 cups sweetened cranberry juice

Steps:

  • Drain the peaches reserving about 1/4 of the juice.
  • In a blender or food processor puree the peaches and reserved 1/4 cup juice and sugar until smooth.
  • Using on/off turns add in the yogurt.
  • Divide the the mixture between popsicle molds or cups.

  • Insert one stick in the center of each pop.

3 Tbsp ginger simple syrup
2 packets splenda
crushed ginger snap cookies
