  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, ripe fruit, creamy milk, and aromatic spices will elevate the flavor of your rice pudding.
  • Cook the rice properly: Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking to remove any starch and impurities. Cook the rice in a generous amount of liquid (milk and water) until it is tender but still has a slight bite.
  • Use a heavy-bottomed pot: This will help to distribute the heat evenly and prevent the rice from burning.
  • Stir the pudding frequently: This will help to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot and will also help to create a creamy texture.
  • Add the fruit and spices at the end of the cooking time: This will help to preserve the flavor and nutrients of the fruit and spices.
  • Serve the pudding warm or cold: Fruited brown rice pudding is delicious served warm or cold. If you are serving it cold, chill it for at least 2 hours before serving.
