1 small firm banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves

Put 1 scoop of ice cream in each cup. 5. Blend the mixtures well with a blender. 6. Get a bigger cup out and pour all of your mixtures into it. 7. To top it all up put some whippped cream on.
