1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c rice krispies

Steps:

  • 1. Mix above ingredients in frying pan at low heat until blended and dates melt. Take off heat and beat in quickly 1 whole beaten egg. Cook 10 min. Tips:

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified in the recipe before starting to mix the cookie dough. This will ensure that the cookies bake evenly.
  • Use a large enough skillet to prevent the cookies from overcrowding. If the cookies are too close together, they will not cook evenly.
  • Cook the cookies over medium heat. If the heat is too high, the cookies will burn on the outside before they are cooked through in the center.
  • Flip the cookies halfway through cooking to ensure that they cook evenly on both sides.
  • Remove the cookies from the skillet when they are golden brown around the edges and firm to the touch.
  • Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before serving. This will allow them to set and firm up.
  • Serve the cookies warm or at room temperature. They are best enjoyed the same day they are made.

Conclusion:

Frying pan cookies are an easy and delicious treat that can be made in just a few minutes. They are perfect for a quick snack or dessert, and they can be customized with your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles.
