1 large banana
¼ cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 ½ scoops vanilla flavored whey protein powder
20 cubes ice

  • Place the hot coffee, banana, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and protein powder into a blender. Hold down the lid of the blender with a folded kitchen towel, and carefully start the blender, using a few quick pulses to get the coffee moving before leaving it on to puree until smooth. 3 tablespoons canola oil
1-1/2 teaspoons banana extract, optional
5 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup dried banana chips, chopped
1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped and divided

Steps:

  • In a microwave or in a large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows, oil and extract if using; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cereal, banana chips, peanut butter chips and 1/2 cup peanuts. Press mixture into a lightly-greased 13x9-in. baking pan using wax paper or a lightly-greased spatula; press remaining 1/2 cup peanuts on top. Cool to room temperature. Cut into bars.

This pie won the best of show in the 2007 National Pie Championships. It comes together very fast using vanilla wafers, cool whip and vanilla soy milk.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (11 ounce) box vanilla wafers
1 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
5 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
4 medium bananas
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk
2 (4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
2 cups Cool Whip
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a Ziploc bag, add the vanilla wafers and crush until there are tiny pieces.
  • Place them into a medium sized bowl.
  • Melt the butter flavored Crisco.
  • Add the Crisco to the crushed vanilla wafer and mix together.
  • Firmly press the vanilla wafers into the bottom and sides of a large pie plate.
  • Place into oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cut the bananas in half lengthwise then lengthwise again (quartering).
  • When the crust has cooled place the bananas on crust.
  • Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl place 4 chocolate squares and the cup of peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Pour over bananas in crust.
  • Set aside.
  • Pour 2 cups milk in a bowl and add the vanilla pudding.
  • Mix well and then add 1 cup of the cool whip.
  • Fold it in so it stays fluffy.
  • Pour on top of chocolate.
  • Place the rest of the cool whip of top.
  • Grate one chocolate square over the top.
  • Chop the peanuts and place on top of pie.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.

15 Rhodes frozen rolls
3 1/2 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix (med box)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped or wholish pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • The night before, spray the bundt pan with Pam (the floured, baking variety).
  • Spread 15 frozen rolls around the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle the packet of butterscotch pudding over top.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over everything, saturating as much sugar/powder as possible.
  • Cover with towel and let rise over night.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool a bit and invert on a nice serving dish with some kind of lip (the butter will run).

Funky Monkey's were born out of one overipe banana and me making peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for my husband. They are three of my favorite flavors and are an explosion of yummy goodness as you settle back in front of the fire with a warm cup of milk and a couple of soft warm cookies.

1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c brown sugar
1 1/8 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 banana
1/2 c peanut butter
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c rolled oats
1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Ina a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla, bananas and peanut butter.
  • 3. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  • 4. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cook.
