Tips:

  • Use high-quality ground beef: The quality of the beef you use will greatly impact the taste of your burgers. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean and has a good fat content. This will help to keep your burgers moist and flavorful.
  • Season the beef well: Don't be afraid to season your beef generously with salt and pepper. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika, to taste.
  • Form the burgers gently: When forming the burgers, be gentle and do not overwork the beef. This will help to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat: Cooking the burgers over medium heat will help to prevent them from drying out. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the burgers rest before serving: After cooking the burgers, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help to redistribute the juices and keep the burgers moist.
