1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 lb fresh rhubarb, stalks peeled and cut into 1/4 unch dice
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
