Tips:

  • Make sure the butter and eggs are at room temperature before you start baking. This will help the cookie dough come together more easily and result in a more evenly baked cookie.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing can make the cookies tough and dry. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a heaping tablespoon of dough for each cookie. This will help ensure that the cookies are all the same size and bake evenly.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. This will take about 12-15 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving. This will help them to set and prevent them from falling apart.

The giant almond crumb cookie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its chewy center, crispy edges, and sweet almond flavor, this cookie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this recipe a try.
