1 1/2 cups cornmeal
2 eggs
310 g creamed corn
1/2 cup oil
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large onion, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup buttermilk
250 g tasty cheese, grated

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius.

2 eggs
1 cup margarine, melted
4 cups buttermilk
¼ cup corn oil
