1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cream together the brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and eggs until a thick paste forms. Use an electric mixer set to medium speed. Add the eggs, one at a time, until combined. Add the vanilla and mix for another minute.

1 cup all-natural peanut butter ((preferably organic))
1/3 cup honey
1 whole egg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (, plus coarse salt if desired as a topping)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8" square pan with parchment paper. (Pro Tip: Grease the pan with a little spray oil first to help keep the parchment paper in place when you add the batter)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, egg, salt and baking soda and stir well, until a thick and sticky batter has formed. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, if using.
  • Use a spatula to pour the batter into the prepared pan, then use it to smooth the top. Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top of the batter, if desired. (I highly recommend it!)

3/4 cup creamy ANY nut butter (Earth Balance® Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup mild oil like coconut oil (melted) or other vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar or unrefined coconut palm sugar
1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups gfJules™ All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 KIND Bars, chopped (I used Peanut Butter-Dark Chocolate + Protein flavor) OPTIONAL

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly oil and line with parchment an 8×8 baking dish and set aside. (parchment makes it easier to remove the blondies and easier to clean the pan!) In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oil and brown sugar. Once mixed, add in milk and vanilla extract. Slowly stir in Jules Flour and baking powder. While the mixture will be thick like dough, not like batter, it should hold together and not be crumbly. Press gently into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Chop 2 gluten free granola bars and sprinkle over the dough, if using, pressing any larger chunks gently into the top of the dough. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are just barely browning. Remove from oven to cool on a wire rack before cutting. Makes approximately 25 blondies.

145 grams light brown sugar
80 grams creamy peanut butter
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
155 grams Gluten Free Multi Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons milk powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
100 grams chocolate chips (dark, milk or a mix)
6-8 Peanut Butter Cups (or how many you want)

Steps:

  • Cut butter into small cubes and place in a saucepan over medium heat.
