1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together cake mix and pecans. With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. In bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan, press remaining mixture. Bake 10 minutes.

1/2 cup crushed gingersnap cookies

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup chocolate topping
1/3 cup caramel topping

Steps:

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin puree
⅔ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 11x15-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
