Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries. Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor and more tartness than frozen cranberries. If you must use frozen cranberries, thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the muffins tough. Stir just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking the muffins will make them dry.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before glazing them. This will help the glaze set properly.
  • Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the muffins for up to 2 months.

Conclusion:

These Grand Marnier Cranberry Muffins are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of tart and sweet. The Grand Marnier glaze adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. Whether you are serving them for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, these muffins are sure to be a hit.
