Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/3 c milk
2/3 c grape-nuts cereal

  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
  • Wrap in wax paper and store several hours or overnight before slicing.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh grapes give the bread a more intense flavor. If you can't find fresh grapes, you can use frozen or canned grapes, but the flavor will be less pronounced.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread at a high temperature: This will help the bread rise and give it a crispy crust.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help the bread hold its shape and prevent it from crumbling.
  • Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature: The bread will stay fresh for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Grape Nuts bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It is a good source of fiber and protein, and it can be made with a variety of different ingredients, so you can customize it to your own taste. With its sweet and nutty flavor, Grape Nuts bread is a surefire hit with everyone who tries it.
