Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Paprika
Assorted crackers or vegetables

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. To serve chilled, cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with paprika., To serve warm, spoon into a greased 3-cup baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup lowfat cream cheese
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 ½ teaspoons ground white pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 (6 ounce) cans crab meat, drained
1 cup fat free Catalina salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a medium sized bowl mix the sour cream, cream cheese, lemon pepper, white pepper (optional), hot sauce, and two cans flaked, undrained crabmeat.
  • Add to taste (approximately 1 cup) your choice of nonfat salad dressing (Catalina, French or Russian) to make the dip a pinkish color. Mix well. Let the dip chill for 4 to 8 hours. This dip is especially tasty the next day!

1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Seafood seasoning or paprika, optional
Crackers and/or raw vegetables

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cornstarch and the wine or broth until smooth. Add cream cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 45-75 seconds longer or until smooth and slightly thickened., Stir in the crab, cream, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir.
