1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup cider vinegar

⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups Swanson® Thai Ginger Flavor Infused Broth
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound broccoli florets

2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 lb Chinese egg noodles
3 scallions, chopped
3/4 lb broccoli, cut into florets
