1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
1 teaspoon dill weed
4 whole pita breads, warmed

  • In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. 1 white onion, minced

1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1 large tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese
4 pita bread
Lemon wedges
16 ounces plain yogurt
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
5 to 6 mint leaves, finely minced
