1/2 c. crumbled feta
1/4 c. chopped fresh mint (or parsley_

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup yogurt
4 pita breads
