- For an outing or picnic, I like to make this seem like gourmet takeout so I put it in small aluminum containers with clear lids. You can get them at the store or from restaurant supply companies online. I place it in and put cute labels on the clear top and write the name of the recipe on it.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add shrimp and sauté until almost cooked through, about 2 minutes. Add artichokes, feta, tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley and oregano and sauté until shrimp are cooked through, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain. Transfer pasta to large bowl.
- Add shrimp mixture to pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the flavor of your pasta salad. Use fresh shrimp, crisp vegetables, and flavorful olives.
- Cook the shrimp properly: Shrimp should be cooked until they are opaque and pink, but not overcooked. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
- Use a flavorful dressing: The dressing is what brings all the flavors of the pasta salad together. Use a dressing that is light and tangy, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
- Don't overcrowd the pasta: When cooking the pasta, make sure to use a large pot so that the pasta has plenty of room to move around. Overcrowding the pasta will prevent it from cooking evenly.
- Chill the pasta salad before serving: Chilling the pasta salad allows the flavors to meld together and also makes it more refreshing. You can chill the pasta salad for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Conclusion:
Greek pasta salad with shrimp and olives is a delicious and refreshing dish that is perfect for summer gatherings. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its combination of fresh shrimp, crisp vegetables, and flavorful olives, this pasta salad is sure to be a hit at your next party or potluck.
