1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 pinch salt
1 (14.5 ounce) can French cut green beans, drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 sleeves buttery round crackers, crushed
½ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
  • In a bowl, stir together the cream of celery soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion, and salt until well combined. Mix the green beans and corn together in the prepared dish, and spread the soup mixture over the vegetables. Place the crushed crackers in a bowl and stir in the butter. 6 (9 ounce) packages frozen Italian cut green beans
3 cups celery, diced, about 8 stalks
1/3 cup butter
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon Italian parsley, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon basil, minced
salt
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Steam the beans until crispy, not quite done-- set aside.
  • Saute celery in butter until softened-- set aside.
  • Combine chicken broth, flour and seasonings in a saucepan.
  • Stir and cook over medium heat until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the beans and celery and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into 2, 4 quart casserole dishes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until sauce bubbles.

3/4 cup red bell peppers or 3/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 (9 ounce) can tuna in water, drained and flaked (I like to use 2 cans)

Steps:

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding green beans during last 3 minutes of cooking.
  • Drain; set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Coat bread crumbs with melted butter.
