GREEN BEAN BUNDLES
I fixed these for my DD and her BF last night and they loved them, as did I. They are pretty easy to put together and the flavors blend well. The presentation plated is very nice. These can also be served as appetizers, cold. Use whole green beans. Can't wait to try these with fresh blanched green beans this summer.

Tips:
- Choose fresh, tender green beans: Look for beans that are bright green in color and have no blemishes or bruises.
- Trim the green beans: Remove the ends of the beans, where the stem and blossom were attached.
- Blanch the green beans: This helps to preserve their color and crispness. To blanch, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Immediately remove the beans from the boiling water and plunge them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Make the bundles: Wrap each green bean with a slice of prosciutto or bacon. Secure the bundles with a toothpick.
- Cook the bundles: You can cook the bundles in a variety of ways, such as grilling, baking, or pan-frying. If you are grilling or baking the bundles, preheat your oven or grill to the desired temperature. If you are pan-frying the bundles, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bundles and cook until the prosciutto or bacon is crispy and the green beans are heated through.
- Serve the bundles: The bundles can be served as an appetizer, side dish, or main course. They can be garnished with fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives.
Conclusion:
Green bean bundles are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer or a hearty main course, green bean bundles are a great option.
