2 pounds flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 small red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 ½ cups frozen green beans, thawed
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Sprinkle cornstarch, salt, and pepper over flank steak. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
