3 tablespoons minced fresh chives, divided
2 tablespoons butter, cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a Dutch oven, combine the first five ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until blended. ½ medium onion, finely chopped
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup oil for frying, or as needed
