GREEK-ALICIOUS GRILLED PORK CHOPS
I wanted to develop a sweet and tangy Grecian-style marinade for pork chops on the grill. The honey also helps tenderize the meat and gives it a beautiful browning ability. I hope you enjoy this! (I didn't want marinade to have a strong garlic flavor, which is why I chose garlic salt.) Note: Times given do not include marinating time of at least 4 hours.

Tips:
- Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the pork chops their delicious flavor, so make sure to use a flavorful one. The recipe provides a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and thyme, but you can use any marinade you like.
- Don't overcook the pork chops: Pork chops are a lean cut of meat, so it's important not to overcook them. Overcooked pork chops will be dry and tough. Cook the pork chops over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the pork chops rest before serving: Once the pork chops are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.
- Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides: Grilled pork chops are delicious served with a variety of sides, such as roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a simple salad.
Conclusion:
Grilled Greek pork chops are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for a summer cookout. The pork chops are marinated in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and thyme, then grilled to perfection. The result is a juicy, tender, and flavorful pork chop that's sure to please everyone at the table.
