3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup parsley
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika

Tips

  • Choose the right cut of meat: London broil is a thin, flank steak that is best when grilled quickly over high heat. Look for a steak that is about 1 inch thick and has a good amount of marbling.
  • Marinating the steak: Marinating the steak in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize it and add flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, but a simple mixture of olive oil, garlic, herbs, and spices is a good place to start.
  • Grilling the steak: London broil should be grilled quickly over high heat. This will help to sear the outside of the steak and keep it juicy on the inside. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  • Slicing the steak against the grain: When slicing the steak, be sure to slice it against the grain. This will help to make the steak more tender and easier to chew.

Conclusion

Grilled London broil is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue. By following these tips, you can cook a perfectly grilled London broil that your family and friends will love.
