GRILLED PINEAPPLE AND AVOCADO SALSA
This is yummy over fish and any kind of meat! I also like to have it over rice and grains. I think this would be great as a pizza topping! These ingredients are used in the Caribbean, Mexico, Spain and the Southwest, also Hawaii(Western USA).

Tips:
- Choose ripe pineapple and avocado: The riper the fruit, the sweeter and more flavorful the salsa will be.
- Grill the pineapple before adding it to the salsa: This will give the salsa a smoky, caramelized flavor.
- Use a variety of peppers: This will add depth of flavor and heat to the salsa. If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the jalapeño pepper or use a milder variety such as a poblano pepper.
- Add fresh herbs, such as cilantro or mint, to the salsa: This will brighten the flavor and add a pop of color.
- Serve the salsa immediately or chill it for later: This salsa is best when served fresh, but it can also be chilled for later use.
Conclusion:
Grilled pineapple and avocado salsa is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used to add flavor to a variety of dishes. It is perfect for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, or simply as a dip with tortilla chips. With its sweet, smoky, and spicy flavor, this salsa is sure to please everyone at your next party or gathering.
