Tips:
- Choose the right ground beef: For a flavorful stew, opt for ground beef with a higher fat content, such as 85% lean or 90% lean.
- Brown the ground beef properly: Browning the ground beef before adding it to the stew will help to develop its flavor and prevent it from becoming dry.
- Use a variety of vegetables: The more vegetables you add to your stew, the more nutritious and flavorful it will be. Some good options include carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, and peas.
- Use a flavorful broth: The broth is an important part of any stew, so be sure to use a broth that you enjoy the taste of. You can use beef broth, chicken broth, or vegetable broth, depending on your preference.
- Season the stew well: Be sure to season the stew to taste with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices. Some good options include garlic, onion powder, paprika, and cumin.
- Let the stew simmer: Simmering the stew for at least 30 minutes will help to develop the flavors and tenderize the meat and vegetables.
