3 cups vegetable stock
3 cups chicken stock
6 cups water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 large turkey breast (cooked or diced)
2 large onions (diced)
4 small potatoes (diced)
3 celery ribs (diced)
2 cups broccoli
1 red pepper
2 cups frozen green beans (cut)

Steps:

  • Placed all ingredients (minus the broccoli) in a large pot on medium high heat, boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
  • Add in the broccoli 3 minutes before serving. If you like mushy broccoli, add when you are ready to simmer for 10 minutes. The hot stock will cook the broccoli in the 3 minutes =).

1/4 cup butter, cubed
4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions

  • In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
