¾ cup mayonnaise
5 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup crushed saltine crackers

Steps:

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T of chopped onion
3 T of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
