I made these for my Halloween Party. They are not too strong and taste great! I made 50 shots and they were all gone within an hour!

sour gummy worms, one package
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
1 cup water
1 cup Malibu rum
1 (3 ounce) package pineapple Jell-O
1 cup water
1 cup Malibu rum
1 (3 ounce) package berry blue Jello gelatin, any blue jello will work
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Sprite
1 cup raspberry vodka
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup raspberry vodka

Steps:

  • Strawberry: Boil water, add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add malibu rum and pour into 2 oz shot glasses (I use plastic) leave some space for gummy worm on top
  • Chill until jello is 1/2 way set up and add gummy worm. If you add to early it will fall to bottom, make sure it can support the worm.
  • Chill until firm and serve!
  • Pineapple: Boil water, add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add malibu rum and stir.
  • Follow previous directions to pour and set with gummy worm.
  • Blue Lagoon: Boil water, add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add sprite and vokda, stir.
  • Follow previous directions to pour and set with gummy worm.
  • Raspberry: Boil water, add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add raspberry vodka and stir.
  • Follow previous directions to pour and set with gummy worm.
  • Time does not include chill time.

1 ½ cups boiling water, divided
1 (3 ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
2 cups vodka, divided
ice cubes
1 (3 ounce) package orange-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
2 tablespoons warm water
1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup light rum

Steps:

  • Pour 3/4 cup boiling water into a small bowl. Add lemon gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Pour 1 cup vodka into a glass measuring cup; add enough ice to make 1 1/4 cup. Stir into lemon gelatin until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Fill tall shot glasses 1/3 of the way with lemon gelatin mixture.
  • Refrigerate until lemon gelatin layer is set, at least 90 minutes.
  • Pour remaining 3/4 cup boiling water into the small bowl. Add orange gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Pour remaining 1 cup vodka into a glass measuring cup; add enough ice to make 1 1/4 cup. Stir into orange gelatin until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Pour over lemon gelatin layer.
  • Refrigerate until orange gelatin layer is set, at least 90 minutes.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons warm water into a bowl. Add unflavored gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in condensed milk and rum. Pour over orange gelatin layer.
  • Refrigerate until top layer is set, at least 30 minutes.
