2,5 cups heavy cream (35%)
1 cup 10% cup
1 tablespoon golden sugar
2/3 - 1 cup sesame halva
few drops of rose water

Steps:

  • Combine the cream and sugar in a cup of blender and whizz for a minute.
  • Add the halva and a few drops of rose water and blend for another minute. Strain the mixture helping with a spoon. Discard the remaining halva pieces.
  • Pour the mixture in a plastic container and place in the fridge for about 5 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Serve with salted pistachios.
