Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Look for fresh, flavorful ham and cream cheese, and use a good-quality bread or tortillas.
  • If you're using a thicker bread, pound it out slightly before rolling it up. This will help prevent the roll-ups from being too thick and unwieldy.
  • Be careful not to overfill the roll-ups. Too much filling can make them difficult to roll and may cause them to fall apart.
  • If you're making the roll-ups ahead of time, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
  • To serve, slice the roll-ups into 1-2 inch pieces and arrange them on a platter. You can garnish them with fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives.

Conclusion:

Ham and cream cheese roll-ups are a delicious and easy appetizer or snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They're perfect for parties, potlucks, or simply as a quick and easy meal. With a variety of fillings and toppings to choose from, there's sure to be a ham and cream cheese roll-up recipe that everyone will love.
