1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cups cooked rice
6 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 2-1/2 slices)

3 cups milk
1-1/2 pounds fully cooked ham, cubed
