1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup uncooked wild rice blend
1 teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 cups beef broth
2 cups heavy cream

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown your ground beef with onion and garlic. Place the browned beef into your slow cooker.
  • Add the carrots and wild rice blend, along with parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Pour your beef broth over the top and stir well.
