1 c granulated sugar
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 c butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups + 2 tbsp flour
2 cups rolled oats (quick or old fashioned)
2 cups sweetedned flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 375 defrees F. Cream together the butter and sugar. Blend in the eggs, vanilla and salt. In a seperate bowl stir together the baking soda, baking powder and flour.
